Return Policy

We deliver what we promise. In the rare event that you’re not satisfied with our device, we have a no-questions-asked Return Policy in place for you.

  1. Every refurbished device you buy comes with a 15-day return policy, applicable from the date of delivery.
  2. To return your device, you must raise a request by
  1. Calling our helpline number +91 73788 35333 or
  2. Sending a “Hi” on WhatsApp at +91 73788 35333 or
  3. Dropping an email at return@switchkart.in or
  4. Reaching out to a nearby store. We’ll arrange a pickup after verifying the issue. INR 150/- shall be applicable on every pickup & drop.

Things needed to process the return

  1. IMEI/Serial Number Validation: This is needed to help establish the validity of the return period.
  2. Device Images: You’ll need to share front, side & back images of the device before packing it for pickup. We may also require a video recording of the device.
  3. Damage Reporting Timeframe: If you’re returning a device due to damage/physical condition issues, you must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery along with unboxing video of purchased device.
  4. Return Reason Verification: In case the return is raised due to an issue with the device, the reason should match the issue, else, the return request shall stand cancelled.
  5. Seal Integrity Requirement: The seal inside the device must be intact. We might fail to provide resolution in case any tampering is noticed at the time of receiving the returned device.
  6. Return Packaging Requirement: Proper packaging is required to avoid physical damage during return transit. Cashify reserves the right to deduct/recover money for improper packaging.
  7. Agreement Completeness: This Agreement is the complete and exclusive agreement between the Company and the Customer only.
  8. Force Majeure Clause: SWITCHKART shall not be liable for delays caused by factors beyond its control, such as natural calamities, strikes, Governmental actions, etc.

This includes the mobile touch versions, apps on the Play Store and Apple App Store, and/or any website(s) we currently have or develop in the future that reference these Terms & Conditions. The SWITCHKART marketplace, platform, and associated functionality are generally referred to as the services (the "Services"), whether they are offered on the Site or through other channels.

You must not use the Site or Services if you disagree with any aspect of these Terms & Conditions. These Terms & Conditions, as they may be updated from time to time by us with or without prior notice to you, will be considered accepted by you if you continue to use the Site or Services. The  SWITCHKART Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time, so please check this page frequently.

SWITCHKART is an online marketplace.

SWITCHKART is a platform that enables users to sell/repair certain items while adhering to SWITCHKART regulations. SWITCHKART has no control over any aspect of your transactions with third parties for any reason, and they are solely responsible to you for all aspects of those transactions. SWITCHKART may not be directly involved in the transaction between the user(s) and third-party professional(s).

For cash on delivery payment mode.

In case an order is shipped and not accepted by the customer, the company reserves the right to forfeit the partial payment amount.
